The beginings of a project

Hey, I was wanting some help from all you guys. I need some sites with free tutorials on C++ (or any C programming language for that matter) and javascript programming.
Me, Josh, and Stephen are thinking on a project. And I want to learn programming either way. XD
So if you could all help me find some sites to start some work with learning to program I would be really grateful.
Well thats all and thanks for the help guys ^_^

Also do you guys think I should continue my story The Crimson War?
I have half of chapter 3 I just stopped because I didn't think anyone cared. If you guys think I should let me know. ^o^

For all of you whom it may concern, my first deviation is up now! ^_^
"The crimson war" is a story of a soldier in a war for power and glory. He is questioning his country and himself. He doesn't know what to believe or what to do next.
Its a story of hatred, confusion, insanity, pain, romance, trust, betrayal, and many other things.
Check it out and tell me what ya think. If the first chapter gets a good gathering I will do the rest.
